The vertical content programme

Verticals, the 7-a-week rule, requests, Drive folders and the scoreboard.

Verticals

A vertical is a short-form format: walking in the street, podcast clip, GRWM and so on. Each has a guide with setup, shooting steps, hooks and cadence.

Run at least three at once, seven pieces of each per week. That's what makes the test fair.

Requests and the Drive folder

Paste the agency Google Drive folder link on her Content tab. Request content and she sees it on her portal with the guide, records it, drops the files in the folder and presses I've uploaded it. You mark it done when it's posted.

Tick Repeat weekly on a request and the next one is created seven days on when this one is finished.

Logging and socials

Log each posted piece with the tracking link it carried, or connect her TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X and posts are pulled automatically. Give any unmatched post a vertical and it counts.

The scoreboard

Views come from the socials. Clicks, subs and earnings come from the tracking link over the three days after each post. Subs per piece is the fair comparison; Earnings is the money. A vertical needs five linked pieces before it's judged.
