Refund Policy

All payments to Model Systems for TrafficOS, including subscription fees, seat fees and credit purchases, are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not you use the Service during the period you have paid for, and whether or not you cancel part-way through.

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid for and you will not be charged again. Unused credits expire at the end of that period.

Where consumer law in your country gives you a right that cannot be excluded, that right applies. If we bill you in error we will correct it.
