Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Model Systems ("we", "us") for the use of TrafficOS, our web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your seat. Tell us straight away if you believe an account has been compromised.

Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite and the roles they assign.

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of every third-party platform you connect or reference, including OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. You must have the right to manage every creator account, tracking link and social profile you add.

You must not scrape, resell or redistribute data from the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages. Outreach features produce drafts; you are responsible for every message you send.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Figures shown from OnlyFans, social platforms and enrichment providers are supplied by those providers and may be delayed, estimated or incomplete. Fit scores, briefs and recommendations are automated estimates to help you decide; they are not advice and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

Connections to third-party services can be interrupted by those services. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their terms.

Subscription fees and usage credits are set out in your plan. Credits refill on the first of each month and unused credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service. You give us a licence to store and process it only to run and improve the Service for you. Files you place in a linked Google Drive folder stay in Google Drive under Google's terms; we store the link only.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features. Support is by email at support@modelsystems.ai.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can end this agreement on notice if you breach it. On termination your access ends; we may delete your data after 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
