Privacy Policy

Model Systems operates TrafficOS. We are the data controller for account data and a processor for the creator and prospect data our customers put into the Service. Contact: support@modelsystems.ai.

Account data: name, email, hashed password, role, sign-in times and IP address (for security and rate limiting).

Workspace data you enter: models, tracking links, prospects, pipeline notes, messages, content plans and requests, Google Drive folder links.

Data from services you connect: OnlyFans statistics for connected creators; public statistics from social profiles you add; enrichment data from creator discovery.

Technical data: server logs and error reports needed to keep the Service secure and working.

The creator discovery feature collects information that creators have made public on their creator platform and linked social profiles: handle, profile link, subscription price, likes, and linked social accounts, plus the public profile details a customer chooses to pull. It comes from third-party indexes of public pages. We do not access private content, messages or anything behind a paywall.

We hold it so that our customers, who are agencies and traffic partners, can identify creators to approach with a partnership offer. It is never sold, shared between customers, or used for advertising.

If you are a creator and would like your details removed, email support@modelsystems.ai with your handle. We remove you from every workspace, including raw enrichment data, within 7 days and add your handle to a suppression list so you are not collected again.

To provide the Service you asked for, to secure accounts, to send transactional email (invites, password resets, digests you opt into), and to improve the Service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to train AI models.

Briefs, audit tips and recommendations are generated by sending the relevant public profile data to an AI provider under a data-processing agreement. Nothing is used to train their models.

Sub-processors: hosting (Fly.io), email (Resend), AI (Anthropic), enrichment and social data (Apify), OnlyFans connectivity (onlyfansapi.com), and Google for Drive folders you link. We share data with them only to run the Service. We may disclose data if the law requires.

Account data for as long as your account is active and 30 days after. Prospect data you delete is removed straight away; a creator who asks to be removed is purged including raw enrichment data. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Credentials for connected services are encrypted at rest. Sessions are signed and can be revoked. Two-factor authentication is available. Access is scoped to your workspace.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing support@modelsystems.ai. You can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the ICO.

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
